Def Jam 25th Anniversary

Def Jam will be launching a series of compilation albums in celebration of their 25 years as a record label. The first will be called DJ Bring That Back Vol. 1 (1997-2008), the second release being volume 2 which will cover 84-96. Both of those are being released TODAY, Feb. 10th, via iTunes. They will contain artists such as Rick Ross, Kanye, Rihanna, Ashanti, Young Jeezy, DMX, Jay-Z, Redman, Method Man, LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Public Enemy, Jazzy Jay, and more. Quite a definitive roster. Then, come Feb. 24th, It Takes Two Part 1 will drop, part two coming at us Mar 10th. These are filled with, you guessed it, duos.
