Sepalcure Presents An Exclusive URB Tour Diary – Part 1 (Video)

An inside look in the life of Sepalcure, inside and outside the gig. 

The duo of Travis Stewart and Praveen Sharma have been mighty busy, prepping their live shows and traveling all around the world in preparation for their self-titled debut LP release on Hotflush. While the dudes have been busy wowing crowds and carefully crafting all the elements together for their live A/V show, they’ve also been going on mini-adventures, checking out what’s around them with open minds (and stomachs). URB asked Sepalcure to give us an exclusive tour diary of their latest European tour, as well as their live A/V debut in Mexico City. Mary Anne Hobbs Returns To North America, Writing URB Tour Diary

It's never enough for a road warrior. 


Good things happen in bunches, apparently; not only is Mary Anne Hobbs coming back to radio on the illustrious Xfm (during primetime on Saturdays starting in July), but she’s going on tour and taking URB along for the journey. What’s The New Aphex Twin Clip All About?

Somedays the internet gives you something so good, you have to wonder if it’s real. And it’s usually not. So what is this “new” 90 second clip titled “AFX Seaside Special” all about? Well- it’s not a new tracks (the music is “Vase” by Rephlex affialiate dgoHn). And the date, “12 March 2011″ is nto the release date for the rumored new Aphex album(s). The video, was in fact assembled by AFX video pals Weirdcore in order to promote the Bloc Weekend event where Aphex Twin is scheduled to perform. So ok, then. Not a new Richard James masterpiece, but some pretty cool breakcore music and interesting visuals (which we believe are in fact new). And now you know about another Aphex date on the calendar.
