This weekend marked the premier of Odd Future’s new show for Adult Swim, Loiter Squad. The 12 minute series fo pranks, skits and songs was produced by Dickhouse (the minds behind Jackass) and features Tyler the Creator and company pulling some outlandish shit. Whether or not you find it funny will likely depend on how sophomoric you’re feeling today, but give it a shot. We chuckled a few times.
Tyler, the Creator has just unveiled the video for Rella, the first single off Odd Future’s next LP, OF Tape Vol. 2. The video was directed by the OFWGKTA ringleader himself, under alternate pseudonym Wolf Haley. It’s a departure from the DIY style one might expect from Odd Future, with the video appearing surprisingly professional and fit-for-MTV despite OF’s feigned anti-establishmentarianism, and succeeds at being unsuited for any viewership whatsoever. It’s nothing new for OF to reach for pure shock value, but the video pushes the line more than ever – it doesn’t stop at Hodgy’s robot-parts spewing goo at girls, or the straight-edge Tyler inexplicably doing massive lines …

Tyler the Creator has been accused of being homophobic, but that didn’t keep the most notorious member of Odd Future from dressing up in women’s tennis clothing to portray one of the Williams sisters for an upcoming episode of Loiter Squad, the new live action show coming to Adult Swim next year. The show stars the various characters in Odd Future’s ever expanding orbit, and is being produced by master mischiefs Spike Jonez and Johnny Knoxville. …MORE

New music is always a necessity in my life. I have scoured over internet website to bring you some fresh hip hop that you want and some new joint you might not even know about. Tyler and Domo Genesis hit up Peter Rosenberg’s mixtape What’s Poppin, and Emilio Rojas drop a single via DJ Booth along with We Stole The Show who have a fresh classic vibe on their track. Kosha Dillz blesses us on Bars Mitzvah.
Also, other awesome sites put up music so I try to shout out the sites like hiphopdx, dj booth and mediafire max who have been up on the music before I snatched it. I just try to pair all the combos so more and more people discover great music.

Deca ft. Ichibon and ROqy Tyraid – “Clockwork”
Deca came out swinging last …
Odd Future’s chief smack-talker Tyler the Creator scored yet another major coup on Sunday, winning MTV’s coveted VMA for Best New Artist for his video, “Yonkers.” The 20-year-old rapper achieved pretty much insta-fame this year, beating out competitors Foster the People (”Pumped Up Kicks”), Big Sean (”My Last”), Kreayshawn (”Gucci Gucci”) and Wiz Khalifa (”Black and Yellow”). And in typical OFWGKTA-fashion, he went on record saying that his fellow nominees “suck.”
His obscenity-ladden acceptance speech isn’t currently available on the internet, thanks to MTV parent company Viacom, but you can see him diss Bruno Mars in an acceptance press Q&A backstage. And someone made a clip highlighting Tyler’s mom going absolute banana nuts ape-shit when her son’s name was announced. Maybe a little insight at why her offspring is so unrestrained.
