He literally just came back from touring Malaysia of all places and has been quite successful overseas ( I have never even hear of anyone doing that) . So dust off the ol’ N64 (second greatest game console after SNES), blow into that cartridge, plug in those colorful controllers and prepare to kick back and relax and jam.

Sonar 2011 Barcelona

International Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art 

URB spent another wonderful weekend in the amazing city of Barcelona for the annual Sonar Electronic Music Festival. And like year’s past, the spot on music programming combined with the wonderful Spanish city and always up-for-it European crowd to make Sonar a must-experience destination for music heads.

Toro Y Moi :: Made In Bed (Mix) (MP3)

Toro Y Moi’s Chaz Bundick has proven himself to be a lot more than a chillwave one-off, and this latest mix, partof Modular Records‘ Modcast series, shows just how deep his musical well goes. Full of esoteric downtempo moods, both brand new and decades old. The impressive thing is how hard it is to tell one from the other, a sure sign of a great mix selection and skill.
