For our money, there might not have been a better vocal delivery in all of the ’90s than Missy Elliott’s “Beep, beep, who’s got the keys to the jeep? / Vrrrroooom,” off her collaboration with Timbaland, “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly).” Which sets the bar pretty much impossibly high when these two get back in the studio together. “Take Ur Clothes Off” is the first release of what Timbaland has deemed Timbo Thursdays in 2011.
