Born and raised in South Central L.A., R&B singer Tee FLii has been working his way through the music industry for several years now. While he was influenced early on by his church’s gospel music, Tee Flii got his start in music dancing at the young age of 14 in the 2005 Oscar nominated documentary Rize by David LaChapelle. From there he would later be featured in Stomp the Yard along side Chris Brown and other famous choreographers, ultimately leading to his interest and growth as a singer and songwriter. From those opportunities, an R&B sensation was born as Tee Flii began taking steps to develop his skills working with Sean Kingston and Omarion. Now years later, Tee Flii has brought it all together combining the rhythmic skills of dance with his uncanny ability to sing and song write to create a style of music that he calls “Flii & B,” which is showcased on his free release AnnieRUO’TAY 2 (The TakeOver). The project, which features appearances by YG, Nipsey Hussle, Badd Lucc, Problem, Skeme, Pooh Bear and production from 1500 or Nothin’, DJ Mustard and The Futuristiks is available after the jump for stream and download, courtesy of Live Mixtapes.. take note.
