But now Los Angeles-based event promoters are heading off to somewhere truly otherworldly. This December, the Do Lab and their followers are headed to Giza, Egypt to celebrate The Great Convergence, the astrological alignment that had the Mayans predicting the end of the world. With them, comes a selection of top-shelf electronic musicians, including headliners Beats Antique and Apparat.
