Busta Rhymes, Knux, GZA Added to Rock the Bells

Perhaps the most prolific hip-hop tour ever (sorry, Smoking Grooves) Rock the Bells has just added Busta Rhymes, The Knux and GZA to the lineup. The three acts join an already ill roster, which also includes Nas, Damien Marley, Big Boi (Outkast), Tech N9ne and plenty of other Mic wreckers. Peep the dates below:

It’s been almost exactly 10 years since Tech N9ne made his groundbreaking appearance on Sway and King Tech’s “The Anthem”, immediately preceeding Eminem with a verse that put the rapidly rising superstar to shame. Paid Dues 2009 This Tree We Call Hip Hop

To be honest, there weren’t very many performers at this years Paid Dues that piqued my interest at first. Not because none of the slated artists were any good, but because I didn’t know how fucking good they actually were. You’ve got to understand that I’m very finicky about what I listen to. Until this past year, I’ve tended to stick with the classics that I grew up with. I never really liked new artists.
