Further carrying the electronic music innovator’s spirit into the 21st century, Moog’s recently released the Animoog: an iPad/iPhone instrument powered by their Anisotropic Synth Engine, which allows the player to expressively manipulate tones via an X/Y pad, resulting in the inspiring permutability that Moog’s known for without the mess of patch cables.
