Kazell hits the road with Sasha and John Digweed :: NEW YORK ::

Needless to say excitement was running high on the bus today as we pulled into NYC and parked outside Webster Hall. It had been a harrowing drive once we got into the city proper, with Blake our driver trying to navigate the bus through New York’s many one way streets and road works that the GPS couldn’t possibly pick up. I personally hadn’t been to the venue before and couldn’t wait to take a look inside, its massive, 5 floors and its freshly retuned Steve Dash system sounded amazing. Unfortunately, for the unititiate, PotWND, doesn’t reveal much more. In fact, when faced with the obtuse mission of explaining the multi-prong entity that is Soulwax/Radio Soulwax/Nite Versions/2ManyDJs—one of the most important acts of the new Millenial music movement—even the endlessly charming animated intro credits makes too may assumptions.
