Peppermint Harris – “Wait Until it Happens to You” (Video)

On occasion it behooves us all to take a trip back to the formative years of funk, soul and RnB. It’s alright. Today is one of those days.

Jesse Boykins III – “Itis” (Video)

Jesse Boykins III- Itis (Official Music Video) from Jesse Boykins III on Vimeo.

“Itis” is a dope record by itself. it’s great to see it get a slick music video that does justice to the source material’s mood. Jesse’s been working hard on the indie scene for awhile now. Moreover, the R&B and Soul markets are wide open for fresh talent. It’ll be interesting to see if Boykins will become the next internet success story in 2010.
