50’s Self Destruct Release Date Unknown

50 Cent’s Before I Self Destruct release date is still unknown. The In the Club hip-hop star’s 4th studio album was originally set for a late 2008 released, followed by a Feb 2009 release, to now an unknown date. According to 50’s interview with Howard Stern yesterday, “They should expect Em’s album to come out first”. Eminem’s 6th album Relapse is currently being mixed by Dr. Dre. There is no current release date scheduled for his album either.

Although the motives of a record company can never really be determined, I wonder if the push backs are really out of Fear of Rick Ross Album Sale Threats or perhaps Interscope is having deja vu’s of G-Unit’s Terminate On Sight 2008 Flop. You be the judge.

They will contain artists such as Rick Ross, Kanye, Rihanna, Ashanti, Young Jeezy, DMX, Jay-Z, Redman, Method Man, LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Public Enemy, Jazzy Jay, and more. Quite a definitive roster. Then, come Feb. 24th, It Takes Two Part 1 will drop, part two coming at us Mar 10th. These are filled with, you guessed it, duos. Examples are Ja Rule/Ashanti, Warren G/Nate Dogg, Ghostface/Ne-Yo, Method Man/Redman, and plenty more. Def Jam is doing it up big for 2009, so I suggest …
