Quadron gets the remix treatment for the song Slippin by Tru Thoughts and UK artist, Natural Self.  Natural Self add his signature sound to the fan favorite Slippin off of Quadron’s S/T album, recently released via Plug Research.

SA-RA and Breezy Love Joy at Zanzibar (Live Review)

June 26th 2010. SA-RA rocks the midnight hour at zanzibar in Santa Monica, Ca. Damefifty5 came out with only a drummer. A few songs lead to “Buzz Lightyear”. A female fan hands him a daisy as he claims “I was onstage at electric daisy festival yesterday, this is beautiful.” The DJ Skitz comes out at the drop of a hat and plays some mood music between sets. Nola Darling comes out in their monogram “ND” jackets, warning “the mighty SA-RA is coming.” Om’mas takes the stage in a shimmering cape followed by Shafiq Husyan in camolague army jacket with his signature beret and black stunner shades “The L’s coming.” …MORE

P.u.d.g.e : on LA, labels, and the “Idiot Box” LP (Interview)

“Tonight it’s Transmissions, and Dibia$e got a gig tonight. You should meet us up there, come through its going to be dope.” I’m being invited to Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown by man himself. I just ran into the famed multi-hyphenate (producer/dj/emcee) the night before in the Arts District. The front entrance isn’t packed like it is on the weekends, and the food trucks and vendors are nowhere to been seen. It’s still one of the rare examples of amazing venues in Los Angeles.   …MORE

Quadron’s First US Tour!

Critically acclaimed Quadron is currently on a national US Tour in support of their recent self-titled release via Plug Research.  This is a rare opportunity to see this Danish duo perform live with a full band and the response to their live shows have been amazing.  Coco’s voice really wins over crowds and it’s often said that she sounds as good as the recording, if not better.
