Alex XXXChange has transformed Santogold’s homage to the great girl groups of the ’60s, “L.E.S. Artiste” into a grand tribute to epic ’90s electro ala Bjork’s “Hyperballad” meets Plastikman. Or something equally aggrandizing. In other words—shit’s good.
