Go Dreamer – One Big Bag ft Tuki Carter, Curti$ William$, and Key (MP3)

As the countdown continues in anticipation of Go Dreamer’s next full length release, Animals vs Machines 2: Side (M)achines, the New ATL/Hollyweerd/Flush Production member drops a ton of weight on listeners with One Big Bag.

This is not the same funked out, spaced out stank that we’ve been privy to with his earlier drops.  This is straight hard.  It has got all of the ride of old school Crunk and that Deep South Gangsta Swing — something that you may have thought was missing from the current run of tracks coming out of the New Atlanta movement.  This is straight up ‘G’ music for the new breed of Southern ‘G’s’.

This weeks episode of WTF. the column shedding light on what you may have missed on the Tuesday music release sheets and blogosphere drop lines, is focused on one of the New-ATL’s showrunner’s, Go Dreamer.

New Age Mack stands as the second track dropped in anticipation of his next full release, Animals vs. Machines 2 Side: (M)achine.  New Age Mack, brevity notwithstanding, is like standing in the light of a space-age pimp’s Caddy.  The atmospheric (read: space-blunted) rhythm lends itself to Go Dreamer and featured artist, Forte Bowie’s, vocal ride.  A change of peace from his last tripped out drop, Outta If the track is any indicator on what to expect from the New ATL movement being spearheaded by Go Dreamer and his Grammy Nominated production crew, The Flush, the future …
