Free download: Radical Nomads, “La La’s Dance (Junior Sanchez Nite Version)” (MP3)

So check this free download from Junior Sanchez. It’s from Junior’s upcoming compilation CD – Seize the Fewcha - which I guess is “part mix CD part remix showcase” but party it is, party it is. The release is set to be released on Nervous Records out on January 25th and Junior and Laidback Luke are in New York tonight at Pacha! Or if you’re in Miami you can catch Junior at Mansion on January 15. Alas, if you live in podinky you can listen to Junior’s album and pretend you’re in South Beach buying 16 dollar drinks avoiding that person who’s not wearing pants. Tracklisting after le jump!

Chris Lake Talks New Album

I admit, when celebrated house producer Chris Lake picks up the phone I’m slightly nervous. After all, I’ve bought his records for years and even played out several of them enough times that the vinyl is worn enough to skip. He immediately puts me at ease, apologizing for being a few minutes late and we begin to chat like old friends. He’s utterly charming and modest, almost bemused by some of his successes, and there have been many. Not only does he have scores of singles under his belt, there are two Billboard #1 hits and multiple albums, including brand new “Cross The Line”, done in collaboration with Marco Lys. Ananés World Album Release Party @ Cielo NYC (Photos)

What can I say that you wouldn’t expect?

Louie was in fine form but you could have guessed that. Give him a Funktion 1 sound system and that glorious old mixer he takes everywhere and watch the man work.  Undeniable.

But then there was some serious top shelf lighting to match Cielo’s usual top shelf bar.  Marlon never fails to serve up a choice cocktail when behind that bar.  Should you find yourself in front of it I suggest you trust the man, he is one of New York’s finest.

And then there was the crowd but you could probably guess how that went down too.  Some of NYC’s finest dancers and industry heads were in attendance, a true delight to see on the dance floor as the room bounced with years of history and love for Louie, Anané and their history. Mike from …
