The remixes keep coming from the Radiohead camp. Having supplied an endless series of quality reworking, leading up to the release of TKOL1234567, Radiohead have decided to give up a few alternate mixes from Jamie XX, Nathan Fake and Anstam from the ones that appeared on the two-CD release. We can assume that this is the last of the collection, but who knows what else is in store.
Made Event’s monster festival on roids, Electric Zoo is back with an extra day and a massive lineup. While last year’s event was fantastic, this year’s lineup looks to overtake the previous incarnation by pouring out a ton of proper acts; sure there will be “stars” like Tiësto, David Guetta and Armin van Buuren, but there will also be our favorites on other, smaller stages. Lone is at it again, as it didn’t take him long to gear up another 12″ for WERKDISCS. “Once In A While” is a dancefloor diddy that captures the imagination just as much as it catches the doldrums. The track provides a classic Lone atmosphere with some funky basslines and some excellent rhythm and synth patterns. This is already getting a good amount of support by Kode9, Actress and Nathan Fake, and it’s easy to understand why. Take a listen after the jump…
