Self Jupiter (Freestyle Fellowship) and producer, Kenny Segal, present their music video for the song “Nasty” for their collaborative group, The Kleenrz. “Nasty” is from their self titled album and the video features a home filmmaking feel full of strippers, spiders and other randomness.
Carhartts, boots, bleak weather, and a cold “Nasty” banger featuring Planet Asia.
Apollo Brown chops a fiery gospel organ into an incendiary track that pulses with life. Guilty wastes no time turning into a microphone bully, showing just why he considers himself as nasty as black licorice. Cocky, brazen and above all ill, Apollo and Guilty are deadly enough as a duo but on this track they enlist their Left Coast brethren, Planet Asia, for a few bars of that west side grime. Fresno’s finest catches Guilty’s lob and slam-dunks his verse.
Now that Dice Game has rolled out it’s looking like snake eyes for the lames and a cool seven for our Motor City champs.
We’ve dug the first two track, “Energy” and “DFT DADT” released from Spank Rock‘s long-awaited second album, Everything is Boring and Everyone is a Fucking Liar. But both lacked the booty-dropping heat that still makes us fire up his first album, YoYoYoYoYo, six years after it’s release. We you can be relieved because here comes the tune we’ve been waiting for. “Nasty” is produced by Le1f and it’s strip-club flavor is apparent from the start. Then New Orleans bounce sensation Big Freedia comes in at the end and kicks things into doubletime hyper-overdrive. Her part only lasts 60 seconds, but there’s no way you won’t be covered in sweat (and maybe other fluids) by the time the tune ends.
