Mark Hoppus has a mildly busy day job as the bassist, frontman and founding member of irreverent punk-pop band Blink-182. Starting tonight at 7pm ET, though, the musician and producer can add “TV host” to his resumé with the premiere episode of “A Different Spin With Mark Hoppus” on Fuse.
Co-hosted by comedian Amy Schumer (”Last Comic Standing”), the weekly show promises, according to Fuse, to be a “place for music fans to discover and indulge their passions through interviews with artists and celebrities and musical performances by mainstream and emerging bands.” Given Hoppus’s reputation for goofiness and fun, we’re thinking less Dick Cavett show and more three-ring circus.
