House Shoes – Empire Reprise feat. Sam Beaubien of Will Sessions (MP3)

House Shoes’s “Let It Go” album received the instrumental treatment with a limited edition vinyl piece of only 500 copies. The regular version of the album featured production by House Shoes and vocal features from the likes of Roc Marciano, Danny Brown, Alchemist, Black Milk, Nottz and many others. Now, fans can purchase the instrumental album that plays just as well as the regular version, with interludes and all.

Today, enjoy the mp3 download of the song “Empire Reprise” featuring Will Sessions (band behind Elzhi’s ode to Nas, Elmatic) band member Sam Beaubien.

House Shoes – Castles feat. Jimetta Rose (Video)

House Shoes’ album “Let It Go” is out now via Tres Records!! 

Here’s the second music video from the album, for the song “Castles” featuring Jimetta Rose, a song dedicated to J-1 “The Deer” (RIP).  The video was directed by Greg Ponstingl. Life + Times premiered the “Castles” video and sat down with House Shoes to talk about all things Detroit, his title as “Detroit’s Hip Hop Ambassador,” J Dilla, and his new album “Let It Go.”
