To celebrate the release of L-Vis 1990’s stellar “United Groove” remixes release (which includes remixes from MJ Cole, Baobinga & ID, Cosmin TRG and more), Mad Decent has given us the gift of a freebie in the form of a remix of the aforementioned track by Fool’s Gold producer-du-jour Kingdom. The rework falls between the sample-fueled love that was the original and a funky percussion jam with some wicked bass tones surrounding the percussive storm.

Night Slugs co-chairman and blog-runner Bok Bok has released a fantastic mix as a preview of what’s to come in 2010. What’s in this mix is nothing short of brilliant, with tracks from a bevy of labels that we love (Blunted Robots, Hyperdub, Numbers, Fool’s Gold) and artists that bring the biggest and baddest sounds out there. (Untold, Terror Danjah, 2562) This is truly a treat for the bass-loving faithful and you should cop it IMMEDIATELY. Tracklist and download link after the jump.
