LISTEN To Daedelus Live On KCRW (MP3)

Fabulously foppish beatsmith Daedelus has been an LA treasure for years. But the producer also known as Alfred Darlington has been experiencing a heightened profile lately, sure to be raised even higher with this 30-minute mix he did for SoCal public radio powerhouse KCRW. Says the man himself:

An almost 30 minute mix of a morning live set, really pretty mellow throughout and still a snap shot for me of what I was feeling in 2010. I hope it has weight going into 2012. You’ll notice sounds from Lorn, Floating Points, Tokimonsta, Flying Lotus, and all sorts of non-electronics like Sonic Youth and Beirut, among many many other odds and ends.
