Kosha Dillz appeared on NYC’s Channel 11 WPIX Morning Show where he was interviewed about being a DIY artist, video game character, emcee battle champ and more. As the interview comes to a denouement, Kosha proves that he’s more than just a shtick by freestyling items that he pulls from a Santa gift sack over beats courtesy of an in-studio tap dancer…all in perfect timing. Perhaps even more amazing is how the Staten Island native morning show host Sukanya states “Yah the video game is cool and all that, but just the fact that you were annointed by the WU and you were in the shaolin mansion with RZA gives me a lottttta pride…” (peep around the two minute marker).

Joell Ortiz takes on Brooklyn Tonight w/ Eternia, NSR, YC the Cynic and more (Video & MP3)

Tonight is a good night to celebrate the end of those tornadoes in Brooklyn  by attending a stacked show @ South Paw. NSR,  Jah C  & the Antidote, Apollo the Great, Eternia and YC The Cynic will keep the crowd going till Joell hits late night. Expect decent jokes from Jason Negron as well, and it could be a well balanced night of a  $25 budget. ( not too shabby for Park Slope.) Rumor has it that Kyle Rapps will also guest in along with Party Supplies, and I’m sure a  bunch of other super famous superstars will head on over to check the Slaughterhouse star is who jetting across the USA this whole month on tour dates.
