Here’s the audio clip of Obama’s remark towards Kanye’s actions at the 2009 VMAs. I feel like a hypocrite for posting this as I’d rather see some music news unrelated to Snatch Seen Round The World. Yes he was wrong and I guess I was wrong for laughing. But hey I was entertained by the whole thing. Anyway, Obama’s commentary on the matter is worth a chuckle as well.

Obama Calls Kanye A ‘Jackass’

Obama has consistantly proven himself a man good with words. But he really nailed it on the head with his off-the-record comment calling Kanye West a “jackass” in regards to his interupting Taylor Swifts acceptance speech on MTV’s Video Music Awards.

Obama made the comment during an interview is CNBC, and was leaked to the world via a tweet from ABC Reporter Terry Moran who wrote:

“Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a ‘jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”

Moran already removed the Twitter post and issued an apologie for breaching the president’s off-the-record confidentiality.
