Asian Man Dan caught this little funness on the Tronsoundtrack.com website to hear some extra Daft Punk music from the movie.
Directions to hear the clip:
+ Go to TronSoundtrack.com, and click on the “Tron: Legacy” logo.
+ Click anywhere outside of the highlighted boxes on the side walls of the site.
+ Then, in the black space, type in the code “derezzed.” (Note: No field will pop up.) An audio clip of Daft Punk’s score for “Tron: Legacy” will then play.
+ We’ve also got a little Easter egg for you. Right-click and view source for an extra surprise.
The hidden snippet is the most dance-friendly thing we’ve heard yet from an otherwise moody score. We imagine it’s gonna rock the light cycle scene.
Disney has sent out it’s latest transmission of news regarding the Daft Punk soundtrack to the movie TRON Legacy. Although there appears to be some coding issues with the site, there is now a spot for the cover art, as well as information regarding a deluxe pre-order package, including CD, MP3s, limited edition poster and a new exclusive track to be revealed soon.
The anticipated soundtrack, Daft Punk’s first new music since 2004’s Human After All, was recorded with 100 orchestra musicians at AIR Lyndhurst Studios in the UK. The soundtrack is set for a Nov. 22 release.
Easily the most anticipated movie soundtrack since, I dunno, Rocky 4?, there’s finally some real music to be heard off of Daft Punk’s TRON: Legacy score. The music is on the official TRON website, so we know it’s legit. But Seattle radio station The End grabbed the files for easier listening. …MORE
We’ve seen lots of folks dressing up as Daft Punk in the past few years. But this one is really the masterpiece of homemade robot helmets. As for the real Thomas and Guy-Man? They’re putting the finishing touches on the score for TRON:Legacy according to the film’s director at Comic-Con.

Daft Punk’s publicist has confirmed that this track is a phony.
We’re always skeptical of leaks coming from the notoriously tight-lipped Daft Punk camp. But french fan site Daft World has posted this clip of allegedly leaked music from the upcoming Tron Legacy soundtrack. Honestly, I’m doubting it’s legitimacy, but why be the only buzzkill on the web. What do you think?
