Cirque Du Soleil is getting the electronic music facelift in 2013 with the help of The Light Group and MGM Resorts International…and its going to be legit.

The LIGHT at Mandalay Bay is launching in March 2013 as Cirque Du Soleil’s first nightclub venture – entering with all the shock and awe that their numerous productions are known for – including video mapping, lighting and sound and special effects from experts Moment Factory. The 38,000 square foot venue will “serve as a laboratory, very much like [Cirque Du Soleil's] special events and projects have done int he past, for different and new artistic possibilites,” said Gay Laliberte, Founder of Cirque Du Soleil.
