Today, we’re excited to premiere New York producer Braille’s take on the charming Galapagoose (real name Trent Gill) production One Who Can’t Move. Galapagoose’s debut solo album Commitments is forthcoming on Daedelus’s Magical Properties label on March 13th. Drawing inspiration from modern beat music as much as it does from Gill’s jazz theory background, and using DIY methods of production, tracks like One Who Can’t Move end up brimming over with warmth. While the original of the track was posted a while ago at XLR8R, we’ve got an exclusive download of Braille’s amazing remix of the song, in which the producer (who you may also recognize as one half of duo Sepalcure) adds a house turn and takes it in the direction of the dancefloor.
