According to Washingtonian.com Comedy Central and the Washington Post's Web site are talking about joining forces with The Daily Show in some fashion to cover the 2008 presidential election.Will Jon Stewart's style of poking fun at politicians while simultaneously calling them on their bullshit play on a more mainstream format? Will the paper put up with the low-brow end to his humor as much as the high minded commentary? Can Stewart fix all the problems in the press that he so skillfully skewers, or will he be sucked under by the tide of the mainstream media?
