The first official single from J. Cole’s debut album is finally here. The beat is nasty, but I have to say that I’m slightly disappointed in the spittage. Maybe it’ll grow on me.

My man Alex sent me this. Elite, the producer behind J.Cole’s Heartache, Jadakiss and Styles P’s Shootouts, Joe Budden’s Fight Muzik, and many more is now coming with his own mixtape titled The Groundwork, due out early January. The mixtape will feature exclusive music from J.Cole and DMX, as well the instrumentals to his more well known records.
