On his previous releases for Moodgadget and then Ghostly, Mux Mool focused on the buzzing, electronic extremes to which trip hop can go. Harsh edges and layers or noise were piled atop the grooves. It was always distinct, arresting and worthy of a listen, but lacked a versatility to take the songs out of the dark corners of the club. Albums played out as collections of individual notions. Marquee Las Vegas Celebrates its One-Year Anniversary

On Monday, January 3, 2012, Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub in Las Vegas celebrated its one-year anniversary.

The 62,000 square foot venue, housed within the sprawling Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, touts a yearlong electronic music program. In just a short time, it became the most highly attended nightclub in America. They accomplished this by keeping the experience consistent, just as dance music has exploded in the United States.
