If "Cidida x Eibol" doesn't sound like your typical rap group, that's because they're aren't. The story of Cidida x Eibol begins in 2006 at Chung King Music Studio in New York, when the pair squatted in an unused loft on the studio’s 11th floor. Eibol had recently returned from promoting his album “Karma Kingdom”, while Cidida was gaining notoriety on BET’s Freestyle Friday. Fingerprint Records: The Illest Indie Hip-Hop Label You Never Heard Of

Three years ago, Fingerprint Records co-founder Carlos “Losaka” Figueredo officially disbanded the record label he worked so hard to create  – bringing an end to one of the most impressive string of releases by an indie hip-hop label to date. The New York-based label, which Carlos playfully described as “an unfortunate case of penniless talent”, included recording artists: Nobs, Eibol, Hippo, Erosadis, and a slew of others.
