Editors share their history as a band, play a few songs unplugged in a conference room, and, a day later, bring joy to the hearts of some long-suffering NYC fans

Yeezy & Spike Jonze team up for short film

According to some heavy inquiry done by MTV, it has just been brought to the attention of the public that Rapper Kanye West and Director Spike Jonze has teamed up to create a short film. The filming concluded in January and is still in the editing process. The pair recently collaborated on the “Flashing Lights” video and who knows what the ingenius producer and quirky director has created now.

Editors note that it will run about 10-15 minutes and length and “See You In My Nightmares” from West latest album 808’s and Heartbreaks is featured in the film. The fact that no one is getting paid and it was all done in fun should makes fans even more interested in the final project.

Prodigy’s First Moment of Clarity

Mobb Deep’s Prodigy might be hip-hop’s most visible political prisoner ever. He recorded enough music and videos to keep his fans satisfied during this 3-4 year bid for unlawful gun possession. He also writes a blog for VIBE.com, but he doesn’t do so from a computer. He handwrites the letters to his wife, who then types them out and sends to the editors over there. Well, URB started writing letters to Prodigy and decided to run his words with the filtration of spellcheck and the like.

The man is still full of ideas and specific anger at a certain “J.Z.” You can read up on Dr. York here.
