TreaZon’s still rather young and while that doesn’t usually come across in his lyrics, some of the less focused work represented on Breathe Life 2 points to the fact.
While some of the production is scatter-shot and some of the raps even seem to be under-developed, tracks like “Outside Looking In,” which clocks in at a bit over five minutes, amply displays this emcee’s talent. Hopefully folks in his hometown and across the country open up those ear holes and take note.
Mobb Deep’s had it’s ups and downs, but it’s outtakes from the ‘90s are still better than most of what’s getting released today – John Stockton reference notwithstanding.
