Wether its their clap-laden, pared-down treatment of Two Door Cinema Club’s guitar pop or the emphasized baila funke tinges on their approach to CSS‘ “Let’s Reggae All Night”, the Fighters take great pains to secure that their ventures away from the strictly “rock” genre are worthy of the same compliments that once had them called “the single most exciting show in dance music” (high praise if you ask us!).
