Even though he came to fame in Chicago’s hip-hop scene as one half of The Cool Kids, Chuck Inglish is a Detroit native, which makes him eligible to participate in the much anticipated posthumous J Dilla project, The Rebirth of Detroit. This clip captures the day Chuck entered the studio to record his contribution, under the watchful eye of Ma Dukes. We don’t get to actually hear any of what Chuck laid down, but it’s still a nice taste of what is to come from this project.
