Well that didn’t actually take long at all. Here’s the result of last week’s tweet by James Blake refering to a collaboration between himself and Bon Ivers. And how does it sound? Mainly like Justin Vernon fell into Blake’s spinning vortex of effected piano and vocals, swirling their two voices like vanilla and french vanilla soft serve ice cream. And while the tune lacks the intuative songwriting gift that’s made especially Vernon an almost-household name, it’s still well worth a taste.
