Today’s podcast comes from Leisure System resident and busy-as-hell badman Barker. Making tracks since he was 13, Barker has been around electronics for years and truly adheres to the methods and madness of a wide spectrum of frequencies. Whether that be playing for the massive event institution/burgeoning label Leisure System, or putting out tracks on Ostgut Ton with fellow producer nd_baumecker (under their Barker & Baumecker moniker), his mind and vibes are in the right place. With his debut solo release on Leisure System earlier this week, we invited Barker to contribute his tastes and sonic sensibilities to URB’s podcast series; and he didn’t disappoint.
