Quadron + Bilal At UCLA Jazz/Reggae Festival 2010 (Video)

Here is some nice footage from Greg The Dude from this year’s UCLA Jazz/Reggae Festival. The two videos consist of Quadron performing Average Fruit from their recently released self-titled album, and Bilal performing Something To Hold On To from the bootlegged and leaked album, Love For Sale.

Bilal’s 3rd studio album, Airtight’s Revenge will be out September 14th via Plug Research and Quadron’s self-titled debut is out now.  Quadron will also be opening up for legendary French electronica group AIR at The Shrine, Los Angeles, on October 23rd.

Quadron – Average Fruit + Press Release (MP3)

Plug Research announces their upcoming release from Quadron, an experimental duo from Copenhagen that fans of Little Dragon, Lykke Li, etc. would really enjoy.  Already being championed by tastemakers like Pharrell Williams, James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, Giles Peterson of BBC Radio, KCRW, and others, the limited feedback we’ve had thus far has been amazing.  Look for a lot of amazing things coming soon from Quadron, including their upcoming self-titled full length release on March 23rd.

Today, we share the song Average Fruit, from their self-titled album, and the official press release is below.  Average Fruit was also KCRW‘s “Top Tune” this Monday. Official press release after the jump.
