After much anticipation, this Saturday will be the LA premiere for the screening of Timeless, starring Mulatu, A Suite for Ma Dukes, and Verocai, with live re-edits by J. Rocc of all three DVD’s. The screening will end in a Q & A session as stated in the flyer with all relevant info, above. Attendees of the premiere will also be informed of the location for the afterparty with music provided by J. Rocc, Quantic, Coleman and a special guest.

Here is an amazing mix from the gifted and talented Producer/DJ Quantic. This is essentially a mix performed live during the Timeless Mulatu Astatke event last year in Los Angeles. Featuring various records bought during his 2004 trip to Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia, this also marks the beginning for getting Mulatu Astatke to Los Angeles years later to be a part of last year’s Timeless event series.
