Junior Sanchez Announces New Label

Junior Sanchez is probably one of the most rockin’ DJs on the circuit, and as a true music lover, you can always count on his sets to be filled with his rock and early electro influences. So it seems fitting that such a tastemaker FINALLY start his own label — and for that matter, introduce us to an artist album. Word is that his new album will be themed around the Breakfast Club and feature artists he’s signed to new label Brobot, including Armand Van Helden-backed Retro Kidz, singer Solomon Cortes, Chicago-raised hip-hop duo Christian Rich, and an amazing Aguilera-esque pop princess, Franchesca.

Armand gets the best from his guests on nearly every track (though Fat Joe could've delivered more than a sexed-up club verse) and he's mastered the art of proper Latin Freestyle ('Still In Love' featuring Karmen, 'All Nite' featuring La Roka) and jack-your-body beats (pick a track). In fact, it's fairly impressive how this record sounds so current and ...
