Apple and The Beatles Give Peace a Chance

The dispute between the fab four's record label, Apple Corps and the folks behind the iPod (Apple Inc) has been disputing for almost 25 years. Though specific terms of the agreement are confidential, it seems Apple Inc will now take control of the brand name, but will licence specific individual trademarks back to Apple Corps, which makes Apple Chief Exec Steve Jobs a happy fan: “We love The Beatles, and it has been painful being at odds with them over these trademarks.”

We knew this, or Maybe we should have known this, but as the homie Gray Kid who passed us this official documentation said, it’s “rad that it’s getting into the official record.” St. John's University Professor of Legal Writing Akilah N.
