GoodSpot L.A. Launch at Bar Marmont with Falling Whistles

Since 2007, the exlusive lounge of New York’s Hotel on Rivington, 105 Riv, has been presenting the GoodSpot. GoodSpot has become the monday night destination for music lovers and believers in the classic New York spirit – No holds barred, freedom, diversity, and fun. The Cardigans frontwoman has linked up with Atomic Swing's Niclas Frisk and Shudder to Think's Nathan Larson (who also just happens to be her husband). Shepard Fairey on Colbert and in Smithsonian

2008 was a big year for Shepard Fairey—creating the semi-official Obama logo, getting arrested at the DNC in Denver. 2009 keeps the excitement going. First he revised his iconic image for Time Magazine’s Man of the Year cover. Now, the artist who got his start silkscreening Andre the Giant will be on the Colbert Report this Thursday, and his Obama image is being inducted into the Smithsonian Institute this weekend. Congrats Shep.
