Klaxons video contest

"Sudden" sensations The Klaxon (we covered 'em last Oct) have been getting a lot of attention for their American expoits since arriving in NYC last week. Now, they've upped the ante with a video contest for the song "Totem on the Timeline." Sponsored by the QOOB website, the prize is 2000 euros, which as of this posting is $2714.92 on the international exchange market. It also equals 1354.44 British pounds, 321.562.68 Japanese Yen or 9306.32 Malasya Ringgits. And that's some serious loot. You can do whatever you want with the video, as long as you don't break any copyright laws. Us? We're going with a Disney theme anyways.

Here's a nice collection of "rave" videos...for inspiration purposes only.

Klaxons- "Magick"

Prodigy- "Everybody in the Place"

Altern 8- "Activ 8" (live on "Dance Energy" TV program)

BONUS:

Old Skool UK RaVe @ Shellys. Feel da PilLz!
