That new hands free law that went into effect in California on July 1 prohibits the use of talking on cell phones without the use of a hands free device while operating a motor vehicle, but actually does not prohibit text messaging and gaming on a mobile device. Although this video is international, dude just took just took it to a new level or low depending on how you look at it.
