What's Your Current Obsession?

Posted Wednesday, October 17, 2007 @ 09:46 in I Swear To Buddha by Jolie Nguyen

Plaid has always been around and has taken various roles in fashion...though not always in good light. Then last fall, plaid started nudging its way back onto fashion's good side . This Fall, plaid is making a stronger statement in fashion and it's showing up everywhere (major fashion mags, music mags, clubs, etc) and it's my current obsession. Well, one of them, and I just thought I'd share some of my favorite pieces with you from past and present seasons.

my current obsession: paul smith stripes. just a small pop of color around the neck or sticking out of your back pocket is enough to say that you're aren't as drab and depressing as your solid black outfit would lead others to believe.

i currently like those wide but short 60s style dresses. i love how they feel comfortable and always have a fun pattern yet are short and still sexy. you can dress them up with a belt or leave them free. i guess you can say i have also been into bright patterns. for some reason i'm loving the mustard color.

im obsessed with really gaudy print scarves, the kind that look like only older women would use to tie onto one of their fab handbags.
