BBB Fun :: Bread & Butter Barcelona proves to be more than your average streetwear tradeshow

Known as BBB to its too-cool-for-school insiders, the 18th annual Bread&Butter trade show saw nearly 100,000 fashion professionals walk its wings this January. Whether it was the Eastpack collaboration with Raf Simons or the always-reliable UndrCrwn, spectators and brands alike caught quite a show. It all culminated with “untitled,” a mini-museum of streetwear design that examines the past and present while forecasting the future, and The Wrangler Complex, which featured three floors of active presentations, free booze and rooftop ice-skating. It was enough to make those famous Barcelona gargoyles look normal.
