Kanye West’s arrival to the Twitterverse–and his subsequent 50+ posts the first day–has spurred a slew of Yeezy-related Twitter pages. First, Aziz Ansari kicked off the #PredictingKanyeTweets hashtag, then @Budgetkanyewest appropriated ‘Ye’s style and adapted hit to their budget lifestyle. Now, someone has taken the rapper’s penchant for lines that straddle the border between clever and corny and turned it into @Fakekanyelines, a hysterical collection of lines we can actually see the self-proclaimed greatest artist of all time drop on his next album. Last Month, URB.com hosted it’s official Next 100 Showcase down in Austin, Texas where we debuted a number of DOPE new artists.
Among them, was a fresh, young, charismatic rapper known as JINX, reppin’ Seattle by way of Boston. It was his standout rooftop performance that afternoon in Austin that landed him here, in the prestigious URB Blog, and as always you heard it here first.
