Buzzy hipster dubtronica isn’t supposed to have a long shelf-life, but don’t tell that to UK producer SBTRKT. After going from utter obscurity to ranking number seven on our 2011 readers poll, Aaron Jerome still made a strong showing in 2012 with nothing new on his Discogs except a couple of singles culled from his superb 2011 self-titled album. Which means that new folks are still discovering that gem while veteran fans haven’t waivers in the past 365 days.
