Rich kid clubbers and bottle service barons in Miami might not care for DJ Shadow’s heady blend of “future” music, booting him off the decks at Mansion nightclub just this past weekend. But in case Josh Davis needs some cheering up, he’s still tops when it comes to the URB audience. He just dropped a career-spanning box set on our door, but it doesn’t matter if he goes completely silent. Shadow is always there in our hearts and on our ‘Best Of’ lists.
