After word got out that a leak sprung from the latest collaborative
(Los Angeles) - Atlanta production collectives, SMKA & The Flush, have once again partnered with the legendary Stankonia Studios to produce Stankonia Sessions: A3C Edition 2012 presented by TrillHD and LiveMixtapes.com. Today’s first drop off the Stankonia Sessions – A3C Edition 2012 mixtape is entitled “The Sparks” and features Thurz, Los & Skyzoo and is produced by the Grammy-nominated production team The Flush.
Stankonia Sessions was launched in 2011 during the A3C Hip-Hop Festival, and has become a creative outlet and essential stop for A3C artists. The collaborative project was recorded in three-days during the A3C Festival and includes more than 25 artists on over 15 records.
Artists featured on Stankonia Sessions were hand-selected from the 2012 A3C line-up and include King Chip a.k.a Chip Tha Ripper, Los, Phil Ade, CunninLyguists, Two9, Chuuwee, Emilio Rojas, Neako, Boldy James, Thurz, Bizarre, Rapper Big Pooh, Torae, Skyzoo, Slum Village, Kris Kasanova, Dee Goodz, Los Rakas, Scolla, J.Nics, Dreamer, Scotty and more.
